The FDA Purchased Aborted Baby Body Parts

“The mouth of the righteous utters wisdom; his tongue speaks what is right. God’s teaching is in his heart; his steps do not falter. The wicked spies on the righteous and seeks to kill him. But the LORD does not abandon him in his power, nor let him be condemned when tried.” — Psalms 37:30–33

I wasn’t going to do this video until I viewed these photos: Photographs of aborted humans. I am warning you now, these photos will horrify you.

The pro-choice argument likes to use the euphemism “ending a pregnancy” instead of saying “killing a baby”. This is an example of a logical fallacy, which is when someone uses words that have different meanings in order to make their argument seem more reasonable. In this case though, the pro-choice argument is trying to make abortion seem less bad by using a different word for it. However, the meaning is still the same: ending a pregnancy here simply means killing the baby.

Lord’s Prayer

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen

“Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.”

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen

Where to Begin? How about the Beginning

aborted baby hands — 11 weeks

“You shall not kill.” — Exodus 20:13

The U.S. government has been buying aborted baby body parts from abortion clinics. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is buying these body parts to use in research for things such as creating “humanized mice” to test biological drug products.

Documents recently released by Judicial Watch show that the FDA paid tens of thousands of dollars to an organization that procured aborted babies for experiments. The experiments took place between 2012 and 2018.

The Trump administration terminated the contract for government fetal tissue research in 2018 because they believed it was unlawful. Judicial Watch is now requesting more documents about this issue as part of their 2019 lawsuit against the agency. The Biden administration is/has reversed this ban.

Judicial Watch has provided some alarming information. This includes records of communications between Advanced Bioscience Resources, Inc. (ABR) procurement manager Perrin Larton and FDA research veterinary medical official Dr. Kristina Howard between January 2011 and April 2018:

Howard’s September 27, 2012, application sent to Larton indicates that ABR would be paid $12,000 up front for “tissue purchases.” The contract provided for the provision of human fetal tissue with a gestational age of 16 to 24 weeks, including “One set of tissue (thymus/liver) approx. twice monthly.” It was to be shipped “Fresh; shipped on wet ice.”

A May 9, 2013, email shows an exchange, where Howard complained to Larton about FedEx x-raying the packages in which fetal organs had been shipped.

Howard wrote,

“Our package was x-rayed and the tissues could not be used.” Larton responded, “DAMN … they were wonderful tissues. I procured them! I’m training a new tech in Minneapolis and I told her how important it is to put the DO NOT X-RAY stickers on the package. Of course if you have an IMBECILE on the Fedex side … but then, now it’s a moot point.” Howard replied, “Yes, we were absolutely heartbroken. They were beautiful tissues and to lose them like that was awful.”

She should be heartbroken that the child was lost. She should also feel horrible for shipping dead bodies.

Howard’s May 10, 2012, email to Larton bearing the subject line “Tissue Delivery” and saying,

“Just wanted to follow up with you regarding the tissue deliveries. We have three batches of mice that still need to be humanized, so please keep us on the schedule every week until we manage to receive three sets of tissue.”

Aborted Fetus Guidelines

I am not an expert in the buying aborted baby body parts field, but it was sickening to find guidelines and federal regulations on the purchasing of aborted baby body parts.

The FDA Staff Manual Guides, Volume IV — Agency Program Directives states:

1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this Staff Manual Guide (“SMG”) is to provide policies, requirements, and procedures for FDA-funded or conducted research involving human fetal tissue.

B. Human Fetal Tissue. The term “human fetal tissue” means tissue or cells obtained from a dead human embryo or fetus after a spontaneous or induced abortion, or after a stillbirth.

Notice the definition states “human” as in human fetal tissue.

42 USC 289g-1(g) states:

4.1.14 Human Fetal Tissue Research. Human fetal tissue is defined as tissue or cells obtained from a dead human embryo or fetus after a spontaneous or induced abortion or stillbirth. This definition does not include established human fetal cell lines.

4.1.14.1 Research on Transplantation of Human Fetal Tissue. Sections 498A and 498B contain additional requirements for research on the transplantation of human fetal tissue for therapeutic purposes conducted or supported by [the National Institutes of Health] NIH. Research involving the transplantation of human fetal tissue must be conducted in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local laws as well as the following NIH guidance.

Under section 498A, the official who signs the application is certifying that the research on transplantation of human fetal tissue will adhere to the following provisions:

The woman who donates the fetal tissue must sign a statement declaring that the donation is being made: for therapeutic transplantation research, without any restriction regarding the identity of individuals who may receive the transplantation, and without the donor knowing the identity of the recipient.

The attending physician must sign a statement that they have: obtained the tissue in accordance with the donor’s signed statement and fully disclosed to the donor their intent, if any, to use the tissue in research and any known medical risks to the donor or risks to her privacy associated with the donation that are in addition to risks associated with the woman’s medical care.

In the case of tissue obtained pursuant to an induced abortion, the physician’s statement also must state that they: obtained the woman’s consent for the abortion before requesting or obtaining consent for the tissue to be used; did not alter the timing, method, or procedures used to terminate the pregnancy solely for the purpose of obtaining the tissue for research; and performed the abortion in accordance with applicable State and local laws.

42 U.S. Code § 289g–2 — Prohibitions regarding human fetal tissue

(a)Purchase of tissue. It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly acquire, receive, or otherwise transfer any human fetal tissue for valuable consideration if the transfer affects interstate commerce.

What a good Catholic!

“You shall not offer any of your offspring for immolation to Molech, thus profaning the name of your God. I am the Lord.” — Leviticus 18:21

Interstate commerce is the general term for transacting or transportation of products, services, or money across state borders. Article I section 8 clause of the U.S. Constitution, the commerce clause, grants Congress the power to “regulate commerce. . . among the several states.”

Doesn’t it seem wrong that these dead babies are considered products, services, or money?

(b)Solicitation or acceptance of tissue as directed donation for use in transplantation. It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit or knowingly acquire, receive, or accept a donation of human fetal tissue for the purpose of transplantation of such tissue into another person if the donation affects interstate commerce, the tissue will be or is obtained pursuant to an induced abortion, and —

(1)the donation will be or is made pursuant to a promise to the donating individual that the donated tissue will be transplanted into a recipient specified by such individual;

(2)the donated tissue will be transplanted into a relative of the donating individual; or

(3)the person who solicits or knowingly acquires, receives, or accepts the donation has provided valuable consideration for the costs associated with such abortion.

Human?

I just read the word “human” multiple times… as in human fetal tissue.

The pro-choice argument relies on the assumption that a fetus is NOT a human being. However, there is strong evidence to suggest that a fetus is in fact a human being. The FDA and federal regulations define a fetus as Human Fetal Tissue. Therefore, the pro-choice argument is based on an unfounded assumption and can be considered to be logically flawed.

Context… Context… Context…

“Thus says the LORD who made you, your help, who formed you from the womb: Do not fear, Jacob, my servant, Jeshurun, whom I have chosen.” — Isaiah 44:2

The Supreme Court ruled on June 24, 2022 that the Constitution provided no right to abortion, overturning nearly 50 years of precedent and sending the legality of the procedure to state legislatures to determine.

What was the ruling? The high court ruled the right to end a pregnancy wasn’t found in the text of the Constitution nor the nation’s history.

In a decision by Justice Samuel Alito, the court upheld a Mississippi law banning abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy. A majority of justices also voted to strike down Roe v. Wade (1973) and Planned Parenthood v. Casey (1992), effectively ruling abortion is no longer a nationwide right and giving states the power to ban the procedure. Alito called Roe v. Wade “an abuse of judicial authority” that relied on “egregiously wrong” reasoning, and argued the right to abortion is not expressly mentioned in the Constitution and isn’t “deeply rooted in this Nation’s history and tradition.”

What does that mean for access to abortion?

Sixteen states and Washington, D.C., have laws in place protecting the right to an abortion, according to the Guttmacher Institute. The states are: California, New York, Illinois, New Jersey, Colorado, Washington, Maryland, Massachusetts, Oregon, Nevada, Connecticut, Maine, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Delaware and Vermont.

A Nationwide Ban? Let’s Pray for it!

To be clear, the Supreme Court ruling does not immediately ban abortion across the U.S. — it just makes abortion access a state decision. But Republican lawmakers have started holding discussions about nationwide abortion restrictions, with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) telling CNN he supports a 15-week abortion ban.

There have been approximately 65 million abortions in the U.S. since 1973. In 2020 there were 930,160 abortions in the U.S. compared to about 700 women who died due to pregnancy related issues. While losing someone is always hard, there were around 929,460 more deaths from abortion than pregnancy related deaths in 2020. It is evil to murder nearly a million Souls every year… every Soul is a gift from God.

Another common pro-choice argument is that we don’t care about women who are raped. First, that’s not true. And second, only 0.5% or 4,651 of all abortions were a victim of rape. The overwhelming majority were due to inconvenience — 86% or 799,938 (would interfere with education or career, not mature enough to raise a child, don’t want to be a single mother, done having children, can’t afford a baby, and not ready for a child).

Fifteen states had over 80% of all abortions in 2020.

created by Dr. Jamie Schwandt

In 2019, 79% of all U.S. abortions occurred prior to the 10th week of gestation. Gestational weeks are measured from the first day of the woman’s last menstruation and not from the day of conception.

aborted embryo — 7 weeks from fertilization

42.9% of abortions were less than or equal to 6 weeks. During the first six weeks of pregnancy, the embryo’s heart and brain continue to develop, and the eyes begin to form. The embryo also starts to develop its own blood cells. During the fifth week of pregnancy, the embryo’s heart and brain continue to develop, and the kidneys begin to form. The embryo also starts to develop its sense of taste. During the sixth week of pregnancy, the embryo’s heart and brain continue to develop, and the skeleton begins to form. The embryo also starts to develop its sense of hearing.

aborted embryo — 8 weeks from fertilization

36.4% of abortions were 7–9 weeks. During the seventh week of pregnancy, the embryo’s heart and brain continue to develop, and the lungs begin to form. The embryo also starts to move around inside the uterus. During the eighth week of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the eyes begin to open. The fetus also starts to develop its own blood cells. During the ninth week of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the lungs begin to form. The fetus also starts to move around inside the uterus.

aborted embryo — 11 weeks from fertilization

13.4% of abortions were 10–13 weeks. During the tenth week of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the fingernails and toenails begin to form. The fetus also starts to produce urine. During the eleventh week of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the sex organs begin to form. The fetus also starts to move around inside the uterus. During the twelfth week of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the bones begin to harden. The fetus also starts to produce urine.

6.2% of abortions were 14–20 weeks. During the fourteenth week of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the lungs begin to form. The fetus also starts to move around inside the uterus. During the fifteenth week of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the intestines begin to form. The fetus also starts to move around inside the uterus. During the sixteenth week of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the eyelids begin to form. The fetus also starts to move around inside the uterus. During the seventeenth week of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the genitals begin to form.

aborted embryo — 24 weeks from fertilization

1% of abortions were greater than or equal to 21 weeks. During week 21 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the bones begin to harden. The fetus also starts to move around inside the uterus. During week 22 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the skin begins to form. The fetus also starts to suck its thumb. During week 23 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the lungs begin to form. The fetus also starts to grow hair on its head. During week 24 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the intestines begin to form.

baby born at 24 weeks

The fetus also starts to practice breathing. During week 30 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the eyes begin to open. The fetus also starts to gain weight. During week 31 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the bones begin to harden. The fetus also starts to move around inside the uterus. During week 32 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the skin begins to form. The fetus also starts to grow nails on its fingers and toes. During week 33 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the lungs begin to form. The fetus also starts to produce meconium, a black tar-like substance that will later become the baby’s first stool. During week 34 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the intestines begin to form. The fetus also starts to move its arms and legs.

dismemberment

Is this any different than this?

dismemberment

During week 35 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the eyes begin to open. The fetus also starts to gain weight. During week 36 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the bones begin to harden. The fetus also starts to move around inside the uterus. During week 37 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the skin begins to form. The fetus also starts to grow nails on its fingers and toes. During week 38 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the lungs begin to form. The fetus also starts to produce meconium, a black tar-like substance that will later become the baby’s first stool. During week 39 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the intestines begin to form. The fetus also starts to move its arms and legs.

Partial-Birth Abortion — How? Why?

During week 40 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the eyes begin to open. The fetus also starts to gain weight. During week 41 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the bones begin to harden. The fetus also starts to move around inside the uterus. During week 42 of pregnancy, the fetus’ heart and brain continue to develop, and the skin begins to form. The fetus also starts to grow nails on its fingers and toes. During this final stage of pregnancy, the baby is preparing for life outside the womb by practicing breathing and swallowing. The baby’s head is also moving down into the pelvis in preparation for childbirth.

When you abort a baby you kill a person. I think we forget that. We should never want that. Instead of killing a baby, why not have the funding and resources in place to help the mother? That would be the common sense approach.

Caught on Video

“You formed my inmost being; you knit me in my mother’s womb. I praise you, because I am wonderfully made; wonderful are my work! My very self you know. My bones are not hidden from you, When I was being made in secret, fashioned in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw me unformed; in your book all are written down; my days were shaped, before one came to be.” — Psalms 139:13–16

This is not the first time ABR has been in the spotlight, as the company was under congressional investigation for its long-standing involvement in fetal tissue trafficking. One of the oldest fetal tissue procurement firms, the company makes millions every year by harvesting organs like lungs, livers, eyeballs, and brains from aborted babies and re-selling them at a profit.

With the callousness of picking a cut of meat from a butcher shop, an FDA doctor requests tissue samples be procured from a baby boy, as they claim

“It is strongly preferred to have a male fetus if at all possible … [but] undetermined sex or female is better than no tissue.”

Even more appalling is an ABR employee complaining about the difficulty of identifying the sex of aborted babies.

“We only check external genitalia and if it’s not there … we have no way of telling.”

The fact techs are unable to identify the sex of aborted babies is no surprise to those familiar with the barbaric nature of abortion procedures, which require clinic staff to piece together mangled remains of babies after their limbs and organs are torn apart.

As if these casual orders weren’t horrific enough, more emails confirm that the FDA bought organs of babies who were aborted well after 20 weeks gestation, after the time a baby usually can survive outside the womb. If nothing else, this confirms the reality of late-term abortions in the United States, which pro-abortion cheerleaders have denied for decades.

When an ABR employee reassured the FDA they were working with doctors who performed late-term abortions, he admitted some tissue was unusable from a procedure that injects a poison called digoxin into the baby, destroying its cells and tissues. Once the chemical has done its work, an intact, dead baby is delivered. This method makes fetal tissue specimens unusable in experiments; with digoxin off the table, the likelihood partial-birth abortions were used is sickeningly high.

Here Dr. Deborah Nucatola, Senior Director of Medical Services, Planned Parenthood Federation of America discusses how to obtain body parts of aborted fetuses. They were also caught haggling for prices and state they generate a lot of income.

In this next video, we are told that Federal law is up to interpretation and we hear a discussion about dismembermant techniques.

The Ultimate Significance: This is an Atrocity!

“Can a mother forget her infant, be without tenderness for the child of her womb? Even should she forget, I will never forget you.” — Isaiah 49:15

These gruesome excerpts are just a sample of records substantiating the 2019 lawsuit Judicial Watch filed against the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which houses the FDA.

The court’s decision found that the U.S. government bought second-trimester livers, thymuses, brains, eyes, and lungs for hundreds of dollars apiece from ABR, stating ABR could collect

“over $2,000 on a single fetus it purchased … for $60” and “the federal government participated in this potentially illicit trade for years.”

Americans should be outraged their government participates in the wide-scale human trafficking operation that created a market for harvesting the organs of murdered infants. In no humane society could such a violation of the human body and dignity occur, in which babies’ eyes are “harvested immediately upon death,” organs marketed based on sex, and personhood attributed to mice but not children.

This reminds me of something I cam across from the Catholic Church, which you can read here: Fetal Experimentation — Frankenstein Revisited.

At the University of Helsinki in Finland, Dr. Peter Adam of Case Western Reserve University participated in experiments on unborn babies of up to 21 week’s gestation who were aborted by hysterotomy (Cesarean-type abortion). The babies were kept alive and then their heads were cut off (the researchers thought that such a term was too grisly to use, so they employed the Newspeak classic “isolating surgically from the other organs”).

This was the same type of ‘research’ performed by Russian lab workers who had kept “surgically isolated” dog heads alive in the early 1950s.

The alleged purpose of this “research,” as described in the June 1973 issue of Medical World News, was to ascertain the chemical-processing capability of live fetal brain cells. The cranial tissues were kept alive for up to 30 minutes by pumping fluids through the brain.

Dr. Adam later presented the results of his experimentation at an American Pediatric Society symposium, and also published his conclusions in the Transactions of the American Pediatric Society and the Acta Paediatrica Scandinavica.

Representative Mark Siljander (R-Michigan) testified before Congress about how one university professor “… performed an experiment involving the severed heads of 12 fetuses obtained by abdominal hysterotomy. The fetus was not injected with an anesthetic when doctors sliced open his stomach; the doctors maintained that this was of little concern to the experimenters because, as the ‘doctors’ put it, “An aborted baby is just garbage.””

Precious Monkeys

An Australian legislator asked a genetics researcher why he used human fetuses in his experiments rather than monkey fetuses, and the researcher said that “Monkey fetuses were more precious, as there were fewer of them available than human fetuses.”

So now we have been reduced to assessing the total worth of a living human being based purely upon its scarcity in comparison to animals.

I think this is about all I can stomach for now. With that said, let’s conclude with a prayer asking for St. Michael’s assistance.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen
